In those forests it is that the inhabitants hunt "the wolf and the wild bear." They shoot foxes, too--anyone has a right to do that--as ferae naturae, and take the skin for a prize. Shooting a wolf is a more serious business and ensures a higher reward. As soon as one is tracked, a regular campaign is organised.
